Cross-country freight is one of the largest single budget drains for trade show exhibitors. If you exhibit at CES or SEMA in Las Vegas and return for NAB or Re+ six months later, shipping 4,000 lbs of crates back to your home office and then back to Nevada is pure economic waste.
When you contract Trade Show Booth Labor for your installation and dismantle services in Las Vegas or Orlando, we store your booth crates in our local warehouse between shows at zero storage fee.
We don't charge storage because having your crates already in our building allows our leads to pre-inspect hardware, stage graphic test-fits, and roll your booth straight onto the dock without freight delays or late carrier delivery surcharges.
